Maoming Guangdi Chemical Co., Ltd., located in the Maoming National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone in Guangdong, is a comprehensive chemical enterprise whose business covers the production, storage, transportation, sales and service of chemical products. After registering the company in June 2012, we started developing the construction plan for our manufacturing campus in July 2014, which was put into operation as its construction was completed in April 2016. Now with an investment of approximately 800 million RMB and nearly 350 employees, Guangdi Chemical is one of the enterprises strongly supported by the national high-tech industry park and the sole sodium dithionite producer in Guangdong, ranking top in terms of overall capabilities in the industry across the country.
Guangdi Chemical occupies an area of about 100,000 square meters. The first-phase project has set up sodium dithionite production plants with an annual capacity of 50,000 tons, anhydrous sodium sulfite production plants with an annual capacity of 7,500 tons, sulfur dioxide production plants with an annual capacity of 40,000 tons, sodium pyrosulfite production plants with an annual capacity of 25,000 tons as well as supporting facilities for public utility, safety and environmental protection, and fire prevention. The second-phase project is in progress and is expected to be completed in mid-2019. Upon its completion, we will be able to produce 100,000 tons of sodium dithionite, 20,000 tons of sodium sulfite, 20,000 tons of food-grade liquid carbon dioxide and 120,000 tons of food-grade sodium pyrosulfite per year. As a result, our annual output value can reach above 1 billion RMB.
